Opening in 2022, the W Edinburgh will be the brand’s first hotel in Scotland, giving a clear vote of confidence for St James Quarter and the city. Unrivalled cinema experience

Everyman will debut its first Edinburgh city cinema at St James Quarter when it opens in 2021. The UK’s premier cinema will have five screens, and will feature indulgent sofa seating, food and beverage service delivered to customers’ seats and a stylish bar. A private screening lounge will be available for hire.

Unique Aparthotel accommodation

Roomzzz Aparthotels, the luxury aparthotel brand, will take a prime position at St James Quarter for its 75-room Aparthotel, complementing the scheme’s W Edinburgh. Roomzzz will provide stylish apartments with the personal touch for adventure, business and celebration. Guests can stay for one night, a week and up to a year.

Making its Scottish debut

& Other Stories is making its Scottish debut with a 5,900 sq ft store next to Zara. This, in addition to a new 27,000 sq ft H&M, will significantly bolster St James Quarter's position as a new fashion hub in the city.
