We're bringing the quays to the Quarter with a jam-packed schedule of exciting activities, events, Chef demonstrations and opportunities to sample delicious Seafood around the Quarter.

Buy fresh Scottish fish and seafood, and learn cooking techniques and get recipe ideas from our very own fishmonger
Meet the team from Isle of Harris Gin as they give guests a rare chance to sample and buy their award-winning gin that uses Sugar Kelp seaweed as its key botanical, which is gathered sustainably by hand from local sea-lochs
Tuck into delicious dishes from street-food traders, offering everything from classic fish and chips to seafood tapas, pizzas to poke bowls!

Ka Pao cooks up an exclusive Seafood Festival menu, influenced by Head Chef Sandy and the team's recent trip to Bangkok and Chiang Mai, where they were on a mission to soak up the tastes, smells and sights that influence their cooking
Try Seafood specials from across the Quarter... there's a Mediterranean take on the classic Fish and Chips in The Real Greek, a limited edition Fish and Chips bagel from the team at Bross Bagels and the finest Scottish Mussels from Duck & Waffle, served three ways - steamed, moules frites and chowder - delicious!

In the Miele Kitchen with Chef Gary Maclean
Scotland's National Chef hosts an intimate cooking demonstration in the Miele Kitchen. This is your chance to learn expert cooking techniques from a MasterChef winner and be inspired to cook with seafood at home. Tickets include fizz on arrival and a signed copy of Gary's book Gary Maclean's Scottish Kitchen.

Join Chef Paul Wedgwood in Miele's state-of-the-art kitchen for an exclusive seafood dinner and tasting menu with wine pairing.
Award-winning chef patron, Paul Wedgwood is one of Scotland’s leading chefs and restaurateurs, his creativity and love for Scottish produce is second to none, and he was recently named Scottish Excellence Awards Chef of the Year 2023.
And if that wasn't enough, there will be an RNLI pop-up, live entertainment from local talent across the weekend and under the sea face painting for the kids (and the adults!)
