Guest Services Ambassadors
At St James Quarter, we believe in delivering a world-class, personalised guest experience that is accessible to all. Our Guest Services ambassadors are here to help you with any queries, big or small, that you may have whilst visiting the Quarter. Visit the desk on level 1, accessible via our Little King Street entrance and adjacent to John Lewis & Partners.
And if you need help booking travel, we’ve got you covered. We can help with bus and train timetables, advise on Scottish landmarks and even help you with the booking process. We can also satisfy all your entertainment needs, whether it be booking cinema tickets or making restaurant reservations.
It doesn’t matter whether you’ve got a Poodle, Labrador or Chihuahua, we want to make sure all your furry friends feel welcome at St James Quarter. Not only are we dog friendly, we also have a number of measures in place to make sure your four-legged friend’s experience at the Quarter is just as enjoyable as yours. Exploring the St James Quarter can be thirsty work, which is why we have water bowls positioned on every level of the Galleria to ensure your dog stays happy and hydrated.

We pride ourselves on welcoming all of our guests to be part of our St James Quarter family. The Quarter is designed to accommodate everyone and we have developed family-focused resources to ensure everyone has a stress-free and enjoyable experience.
On arrival, we have family-friendly parking bays with plenty of space for assembling pushchairs and ensuring the entire family can enter the Quarter safely. For ease, parents are also able to rent a pushchair from our Guest Mobility service.
We also have designated family rooms, which provide a safe and comfortable space for any feeding or changing needs. St James Quarter also offers a variety of child-friendly restaurants with menus to please even the pickiest of eaters, so there really is something for everyone to enjoy!
Wifi & Charging
We know how important it is for our guests to stay connected while enjoying all of the shopping, entertainment and dining experiences at St James Quarter, so fear not: we have WiFi available throughout The Galleria free of charge. Connect to the St James Quarter network and sign on to get started.
We also offer USB plugs at seating areas dotted around The Quarter. All you need is your device’s charging cable and you can sit down, relax and recharge your own batteries - and your phone’s.
Feeling parched? If you need to rehydrate during your trip to St James Quarter, we have complimentary water refill stations on each level of the car park, as well as levels 1-3 of The Galleria, so bring your favourite reusable bottle and refill as often as you wish.
At St James Quarter we are committed to being as sustainable as possible, and this includes the water refill stations as we have utilised Scottish water sources to supply fresh filtered water to our guests. Help us reduce plastic bottle waste and contribute to making our planet a more sustainable environment now and for generations to come.

Hidden Disabilities Sunflower
At St James Quarter, we are extremely proud to be part of the Sunflower Lanyard Scheme through our partnership with The Hidden Disabilities Sunflower.
This important initiative is intended to be a discreet sign that allows staff at St James Quarter to recognise that the wearer of the sunflower lanyard (or someone with them) may require some extra help, time, or assistance when visiting the retail district.
The Sunflower Lanyard Scheme helps to raise awareness of hidden disabilities that don’t have physical signs but significantly impact day-to-day life of those living with them.
Ensuring all of our visitors are comfortable with the Quarter is at the heart of our ethos and we aim to go above and beyond to assist and cater to the needs of everyone.

All lost property at The Quarter is handed in to our Guest Services Desk located on Level 1 of The Galleria. For any enquiries, please visit the Guest Services Desk, email email@example.com or call 0131 290 1118 with as much information as possible about where and when the item was lost, as well as a description.
