Chef Jimmy Lee gives Chinese fine dining a Scottish flavour in his latest kitchen concept. Leith Woks’ menu includes Duck Spring Rolls with Hoi Sin Bramble Dip, Scotch Beef Flank Curry and Rice, Ayrshire Roast Pork Jasmine Rice, Chicken Chow Mein and Vegetable Black Bean Rice.
