The long proofing time together with cooking at temperatures of 450 degrees Celsius produces a moist, light, soft digestive crust which is aromatic and delicious! Salerno’s menu consists of thirteen pizzas and a selection of side dishes along with Italian wines, cocktails, beers and soft drinks. Don’t forget about their homemade Tiramisu!
