Founded in 2012 by Asad and master gelato chef Paolo, Snowflake Gelato prides itself on serving the finest gelato and Sorbetto flavours. All handmade by passionate Italian chefs using original artisanal techniques. Our award-winning flavours combine organic Jersey milk and cream with the finest sourced additional ingredients: Sicilian pistachios, hazelnuts from piedmont and fresh seasonal fruit.
