On Wednesday 15th October at 7pm, Ka Pao Edinburgh will host an exclusive winemaker’s dinner, bringing together bold Southeast Asian flavours and boutique New Zealand wines at St James Quarter.
Hosted by Fleur McCree, co-founder of Little Beauty, the evening pairs a five-course Ka Pao feasting menu with rare, small-batch wines from one of Marlborough’s most exciting vineyards. Expect vibrant dishes such as white crab with calamansi and coconut, pork and bone marrow stuffed chicken wings, and southern yellow curry of Gigha halibut, served alongside Little Beauty’s Black Edition Sauvignon Blanc, Limited Edition Pinot Noir and more.
Fleur will share the story behind Little Beauty’s sustainable, single-vineyard winemaking, guiding you through each tasting and pairing. With communal seating, generous plates and outstanding wines – it’s a night of discovery, connection and flavour not to be missed.
Tickets are £68.50 per person and include a five-course menu, an arrival drink and paired wines. Booking is required as spaces are limited.
