Seafood Cooking Masterclasses at Miele

As part of Edinburgh Seafood Festival, Miele is hosting exclusive live cooking demonstrations and seafood masterclasses in its state-of-the-art kitchen and private dining space, on Saturday 4th May.

Join resident Chef and Masterchef the Professionals contestent, Mark Heirs as he prepares three delicious seafood dishes. Mark will also give guests an in-depth understanding of Miele’s expert product range and showcasing how the products can be used to perfect cook fish and seafood.

These masterclasses are free to attend and don’t need to be reserved in advance:

12:30pm: Scottish Hand Dived Scallop Masterclass – learn everything from sourcing to preparation and cooking of Mark’s signature scallop dish

1:30pm: Asian Inspired Scottish Wild Seabass – expert fish cookery enhance with Miele’s steam grill function

2:30pm: Brown Butter Poached Halibut with Sturia Caviar Sauce – prepared in the Miele warming drawer
