Seafood Supper Clubs

St James Quarter is presenting foodies with a completely unique and unmissable experience as part of this year’s Edinburgh Seafood Festival, with the return of its Seafood Supper Clubs.

Taking place in the state-of-the-art kitchen space in Miele’s Experience Centre, guests are invited to enjoy an expertly curated seafood menu from two of the city’s leading chefs, in an intimate setting.

Chef Barry Bryson – Friday, 2 May

To kickstart Edinburgh Seafood Festival, Barry Bryson will host a private supper club in Miele on Friday 2nd May from 5.30pm

Following the recent opening of his first restaurant Barry Fish, the award-winning chef will join this year’s Edinburgh Seafood Festival.

With welcome drinks, snacks and a tour of the state-of-the-art kitchen upon arrival, you’ll then enjoy an exclusive five-course meal with Barry Bryson.

From hand dived scallops with cardamom, orange and sesame to lemon sole with sauce vermouth, asparagus and mussels to white crab agnolotti with tomato tapenade, guests can enjoy an indulgent seafood feast in this intimate space.
