Edinburgh Seafood Festival is back from Saturday 4th – Monday 6th May, bringing the world of Scottish seafood to the Quarter in what’s sure to be an action-packed, fun-filled weekend!

BE INSPIRED AT THE SEAFOOD STAGE
Get a front-row seat and observe the experts at work, as gastronomic geniuses from the Quarter and beyond take part in cooking demonstrations and masterclasses.
The Seafood Stage will be live from 11am across the weekend with demonstrations featuring culinary creations with Chefs from the Quarter and beyond.

Take home a taste of Scotland’s culinary offerings, thanks to a wide array of local artisans showcased at the pop-up produce market including Baking With Attitude, Isle of Mull Seaweed, Seaweed Organics Seriously Dough, Harris & Lewis, Highland Moon and Lozzie Bakes.
You can also enjoy a drink from our pop-up bars and tuck into freshly made fish and chips from Nae Bother Foods on Register Square.
Offering fun for all the family, Dynamic Earth will bring a sea discovery station to the Quarter, where kids (big and small!) can learn about the underwater world and take part in interactive activities. There will also be live music from local talent and under-the-sea-themed face painting.

For serious foodies and seafood lovers looking for an extra special culinary experience, this year will see the return of our Seafood Supper Clubs where guests will be invited to join leading Chefs for a private dinner cooked in front of their eyes.
Taking place in the state-of-the-art kitchen space in Miele’s Experience Centre, guests are invited to enjoy an expertly curated seafood menu from two of the city’s leading chefs, Paul Wedgwood and Roberta Hall-McCarron, in an intimate setting.

For one weekend only, you’ll be able to enjoy exclusive seafood specials in-house across the Quarter including Maki & Ramen, Duck & Waffle, Gordon Ramsay Street Burger, Salerno Pizza and Ka Pao.
