Bonnie & Wild’s Scottish Marketplace is a beautiful Food Hall in the heart of St James Quarter (find it on Level 4). Easily accessible, you’ll find more than a dozen food stalls and speciality retailers, alongside three bars, a private dining area, demonstration kitchen and flexible, multi-purpose events spaces…  as well as casual dining seating for almost 400 people!

With an unrivalled food offering from a dozen independent chef-led restaurants, you are truly spoiled for choice when it comes to eating out! Choose from melt-in-your-mouth fried chicken, award-winning burgers, fresh seafood, hand-made sourdough pizzas, resplendent patisseries, Hong Kong-style street food, authentic Indian cooking, luxury gelato, Chinese fine-dining, plus Scottish craft beers, gins and whiskies, and so much more. Whatever meal you choose, you’ll experience an unrivalled offering of food and drink from some of Scotland’s best independent restaurants and award-winning chefs, delivered in an accessible and open-plan Food Hall format. And all with a focus on locally sourced ingredients from suppliers committed to sustainability and traceability.

Choose your dishes from the likes of Creel Caught by Gary Maclean, Salt & Chilli Oriental from Jimmy Lee, El Perro Negro, CHOOKS, east PIZZAS, Joelato, Leith Woks, Kochichi, Cairngorm Coffee, Stack & Still and Soup & Caboodle Scottish Deli.

Or pop into our boutique bottleshop and choose from some incredible whiskies, gins, rums, spirits and wines, all curated by the experts at Inverarity Morton.

Bonnie & Wild can accommodate up to 700 guests, and has open-plan seating for almost 400 people. With an unrivalled range of food stalls to choose from, everyone will have the freedom to eat and drink whatever they like!

On top of its food stalls, speciality retailers and bars, Bonnie & Wild has a rolling programme of exciting events, from pop-ups and food festivals to product launches, parties and live cooking demonstrations. You can hire out their flexible events spaces, including the private dining area, demo kitchen and intimate Tryst bar.

Whatever you come in for, you’ll take away a sense of Bonnie & Wild’s passion for Scottish food and drink and respect for the producers, providers and purveyors. From the moment you walk through the doors you’ll see and share their love for the land and coastal areas where Scotland’s amazing food and drink comes from! That’s why Bonnie & Wild has partnered with the Scottish Landscape Photographer of the Year Awards. Bonnie & Wild’s Scottish Marketplace has proudly turned its walls into a gallery that celebrates Scotland in all its glories (and all weathers!), reflecting the beautiful food, drink and welcoming hospitality they’re serving up each and every day.

Breakfast is available from multiple food stalls from 9am Monday to Friday; 8:30am on Saturdays and Sundays. Food served until 9pm Sunday to Thursday; 9.30pm on Fridays and Saturdays.
